If you'd like to permanently close your account, contact StakesPH support via live chat or email at support@stakesph.app. Before closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. The minimum deposit at StakesPH is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. StakesPH does not charge any deposit fees on its end. However, some payment providers may charge a small convenience fee on their side — for example, GCash charges a service fee on certain transaction types. To avoid surprises, check your GCash or Maya app for any applicable fees before completing the deposit.

Yes — deposit limits are one of the core responsible gaming tools built into every StakesPH account. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. If your deposit was declined, first check: (1) that you have sufficient balance in your e-wallet or bank account; (2) that your GCash or Maya account is fully verified and not at its transaction limit for the day; (3) that your card hasn't been blocked for online transactions by your bank. Withdrawals 6

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section from your dashboard. Select your withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or card), enter the amount in Philippine Peso, and confirm the request. Your withdrawal will be reviewed by the finance team and credited to your chosen account. For first-time withdrawals, you may be required to complete KYC identity verification before the payment is processed. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals go through faster.

For fully verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are targeted at under 30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically take 1 to 3 hours. PESONet transfers can take up to 1 business day. Card withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard generally take 3 to 5 banking days depending on your issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal at StakesPH is ₱200. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn directly — they need to be converted to real money by completing the bonus wagering requirement first. Winnings generated during bonus play that exceed the wagering requirement become real money and can be withdrawn freely. StakesPH does not charge withdrawal fees from its end. Your withdrawal amount is the amount that leaves your StakesPH balance. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a receiving fee — for example, some Philippine banks charge a fee for incoming InstaPay transfers. These third-party fees are outside of StakesPH's control and would be charged by your bank or e-wallet, not by StakesPH. GCash and Maya typically do not charge fees on incoming fund transfers from gaming platforms.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough or turnover requirement) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds convert to real withdrawable money.
